Welcome to Eden Pilates

Eden Pilates is a modern, fully equipped exercise and rehabilitation studio owned and operated by Emilia Stuart in The Sands, Farnham.

Emilia teaches all of the classes. She is highly qualified and extensively experienced, having instructed clients in the Pilates method for over 20 years. She previously ran two studios in Sydney, Australia. 

Eden Pilates offers individually tailored, supervised programmes for women and men of all ages and fitness levels with a maximum of four clients per class.

Emilia will be supervising you through every step of each exercise with the aim of ensuring all movements are performed with the correct alignment and muscle engagement.
